Overall, my experience at this dental clinic has been quite positive. The appointments themselves are smooth, and the staff are professional and friendly. One area that could be improved is communication regarding follow-up treatments. When scheduling my next appointments, there wasn’t a clear explanation of what procedures would be done or the associated costs. On both occasions, I needed to ask for clarification before receiving this information. While I understand that my insurance covers 90%, I would still appreciate a clearer breakdown of the treatment and expected costs. As a patient, having this information in advance would help me feel more informed and comfortable.

Everyone at the clinic was super friendly and professional! They were very thorough with the examination and i learnt a lot! The cleaning was done very thoroughly and also was very attentive and talked through every step they were doing. Highly recommend!

My new patient appointment was thorough where each procedure was explained to me and I was shown my x-rays and any key points and future treatment plans were explained to me. Staff took the time to ensure that I had the space to ask questions or get further clarification.

Thank you so much for an almost pain-free experience. I had a ton of plaque build-up, as I haven't been to a dentist in over 2 years. I was also anxious to find out how many cavities I have, seeing as I have a condition called Hyperemesis and have been vomiting daily for almost my entire pregnancy. I'm actually looking forward to having my two cavities filled once the baby is born. Most of all, thanks for easing my worries and making me feel less ashamed.
