Everyone at the clinic was super friendly and professional! They were very thorough with the examination and i learnt a lot! The cleaning was done very thoroughly and also was very attentive and talked through every step they were doing. Highly recommend!

My new patient appointment was thorough where each procedure was explained to me and I was shown my x-rays and any key points and future treatment plans were explained to me. Staff took the time to ensure that I had the space to ask questions or get further clarification.

Thank you so much for an almost pain-free experience. I had a ton of plaque build-up, as I haven't been to a dentist in over 2 years. I was also anxious to find out how many cavities I have, seeing as I have a condition called Hyperemesis and have been vomiting daily for almost my entire pregnancy. I'm actually looking forward to having my two cavities filled once the baby is born. Most of all, thanks for easing my worries and making me feel less ashamed.

I have avoided going back to the dentist for too long. I’m so glad I finally booked and chose East River. The staff were so so kind. Michelle was my hygienist and she was wonderful. She talked me through everything and really put me at ease. I genuinely enjoyed having a cleaning from her. I also met with Dr. Szeto who was very friendly and added to my comfortable experience. I won’t avoid the dentist anymore!
