Amazing experience at Newcastle Dental.From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well-organized. Dr. Jhun was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough in explaining each step of my treatment. I really appreciated the time they took to answer all my questions and give their honest professional opinion and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.

The clinic was upselling the treatment, The procedure should be explained well before treating the patient. X-ray exam and many other services were not described until I asked them.

Was extremely impressed with the friendly and supportive staff. They walked me through every step of the exam, x-rays and next steps. The appointment was informative and the Dentist/Hygenist were able to show me areas of concern, using their AV screen set-up. I didn't feel rushed when I had questions or raised concerns. I have recommended this Dentist to other family members who are currently looking to make a switch.

I had my first visit today and everyone was very friendly and professional. They were right on time for my appointment and were very helpful with my tooth pain. The office is clean and modern and the experience was 10/10 from start to finish. I will definitely be returning and was very happy with my experience.
