She was honest about all appointment aspects (any dental issues, different solutions and pricing). She works with you transparently- something no dentist I’ve seen in NY has done. And the space is clean and inviting. The only reason I didn't give her a 5 is because the vibe was a little weird - I wasn't greeted by anyone when I entered (and I had to go down this dark claustrophobic stairwell to get to the basement clinic) and there wasn't any music so it was eerily quiet. I think it's a new practice so they're still working out some kinks. But it was very clean and they had state-of-the-art equipment and did a thorough cleaning and full x-rays.
