Dental Made Easy - New Hyde Park

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dental Made Easy. As someone who suffers from severe anxiety and takes medication for it, going to the dentist has always been extremely difficult for me. Because of my anxiety, I put off getting my teeth checked for far too long, even though I had been dealing with pain for quite some time. Making myself finally go was incredibly hard. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and understood. I am beyond grateful to Dentist Abbey for being so compassionate, patient, and understanding of my condition. She continuously checked on me throughout the appointment, took extra time to make sure I was okay, and explained everything so clearly every step of the way. She made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for — something that means more than words can express when you struggle with anxiety. Her awesome assistant, Ruth, was wonderful as well. She was kind, supportive, and helped make the experience feel so much less overwhelming. And a huge shoutout to Ambrosia for being so warm and welcoming. She has the brightest, most beautiful smile, and it perfectly reflects the kindness and warmth in the way she speaks to and treats people. She instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed. If you have dental anxiety or have been putting off treatment because you’re scared, I truly recommend Dental Made Easy. They treated me with compassion, patience, and kindness, and I am so thankful for everyone there.

The office was clean and staff were polite, but visit felt rushed and overly focused on selling additional services. I repeatedly explained that I have two insurances with 100% coverage, yet there was continued pressure regarding out-of-pocket costs and upgrades… I would have preferred clearer attention to my coverage details.

I am normally quite anxious when I go to the dentist. Both the dentist understood that and were great at putting me at ease, before during and after the procedure. The only downside is due to all that accumulated snow. You had to park away from the office. However, overall it was a great experience.

My first time experience was great. I went in for a clean up but I had gotten done a deep cleaning well much needed. I feel good that I had it done with knowledge and experience team that made it worth it! Thank you!

Came in on a Sunday due to extreme toothache and they were able to identify the cause and provide me with some guidance and a solution!
