Dr. Amy Nguyen

Dr. Nguyen grew up in Cerritos, California, and graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she taught part-time. After graduating from UOP’s accelerated dental program, she completed a general practice residency at the University of Southern California and worked in the Greater Los Angeles Veterans’ Affairs Healthcare System. The GPR program gave her greater expertise in treating medically complicated cases and in hospital dentistry. She spent the first five years of her career giving back to the community by working in a mobile dental clinic for the underserved populations of Santa Clara County and Alameda County, and she still donates to them regularly. In her spare time, she enjoys powerlifting and has won two silver medals in local competitions.
