Went for my cleaning today and what a cleaning I got. Dr.Jeffery Lam was so thorough I don't remember ever getting a cleaning like the one I got today. She explained everything she was doing from start to finish!! She went over some very important info regarding my teeth and gums and told me how to use the proper hygiene to maintain them both. Had an amazing experience at Sheridan Dental.

Dr. Frances was very patient and thorough in explaining my situation and the options available. She also helped analyzed the prod and cons of each options with me to help make the best decision for my oral health. I have never had a dentist who spent that kind of time to explain in detail the process of my treatment.

Friendly and clean environment. Staff was great and thorough. Reception was awesome and helpful. First time being there and would definitely return for a second time. Upon arriving, the waiting room is clean and well designed making it feel very welcome! All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My x-rays, cleaning, and filling correction were done in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the results! The doctor made great recommendations and was comfortable to be around. Oh and watching Netflix during your appointment is a bonus!

Dr. Frances performed a root canal for me. I was nervous about the procedure but she was so thorough and explained everything so I understood all parts of the dental procedure. The office was clean, the staff were very nice and they even had Netflix on for me to watch during the procedure, which was a great distraction. I will be seeing her for a my regular cleaning again very soon!

Dr. Hadipranoto and Aleesha were wonderful. Both were kind and put me at ease. Throughout the work I needed done, Dr. Hadipranoto checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, which I appreciated. I will keep going back to see her.
