I had a new patient and hygiene appointment. It was a very good experience,pain free hygiene and it was also quick.Highly recommended for the one who wants to have a family dentist.

I had an amazing first visit. The staff were so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Mays Al-Saffar was exceptional. She was thorough, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and put me completely at ease with her approach. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was also fantastic. Such a great experience overall. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Mays is an excellent doctor and she takes the time to explain what the issues are and options for treatment. She looks at root causes of problems regardless of whether they may be dental related or manifesting as dental symptoms. You don’t see that very often where most dentists would just focus on how to sell you dental treatments and move on. She pointed out several things that the dentists before didn’t show me and these could get worse with time. Very impressed and thankful.

I had a great experience at North Star Dentistry. The team is very professional, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and appointment as a first client.

Great clinic layout, accessible with lots of parking, modern equipments, experienced and courteous staff.

I an very pleased with how Diana handled very well my request for manual prophylaxis, as the machines are giving me anxiety. I was later chrecked by Dr. Mays Al-Saffar, who further discussed my dental concerns. The clinic receptionist, Ly, is very efficient in booking me for my next appointment. I am very happy with the initial meeting. I feel at ease knowing I have these professionals who will now take care of my dental health.
