The staff is good, equipments are also pretty decent.

Dental cleaning experience was good, the hygiene was very professional and did a good job with the cleaning and explanation.

Very friendly and courteous staff. They made me feel very comfortable right from the moment I stepped in their clinic.

Hygienist did a good clean and was considerate. Staff needs to be more transparent with the procedure details and charges. I was not informed of charges prior to the service is performed. The dentist was not gentle enough in comparison to other facilities and we also had direct billing issues.

Overall experience was acceptable at best. Rates are competitive. Facilities are clean enough. Direct billing works. Few things that we did not like: 1) absence of full disclosure of charges prior to procedure (cleaning and full exam). Me and my wife were surprised to see charge for 'oral hygiene instructions'. We were never informed that a normal conversation with hygienist who is giving her advice, unsolicited by the way, is going to be a charged service. Unique to this facility as we have never experienced this elsewhere. 2) direct billing setup was a struggle. To accommodate Co-pay Insurance billing, surprisingly they rely on manual mailing. It took a few calls to get insurance information sorted in their system due their own system requirements. 3) the Dentist was not walking us through while operating on patient's mouth on what she is about to do, which was unusual. She did explain the x-rays afterwards which was helpful. 4) My wife did not find dentist gentle enough during full oral exam and experienced considerable amount of pain

The staff are very helpful and they will really tell you what to do and how to clean and take care of your teeth properly. They will also do all the tests you need.

Experience was good. But it was VERY VERY EXPENSIVE check up only, no procedure. I had to pay over $120 out of my pocket despite my insurance covered 80%.

Unfortunately, I have had better experiences with other dentists, but at least I gave them a shot which means I know this is not the place for me. For anyone who decides to risk it and go, make sure you are EXTREMELY careful about what they will charge you and try to clear that out before you start the process. I would just go somewhere else tbh
