I am Dr. Chopra! Welcome to the practice. I am a dentist in the Brampton and Mississauga area. I began my dental career at the University of Western Ontario where I graduated in 2000. Following my first year of practice, I continued to build on my dental education by completing a dental residency at the Medical College of Ohio Hospital. From Ohio, I moved on to get hospital surgical experience in Brooklyn, New York where I worked within the North Brooklyn Health Network Hospital system. I then went on to complete a mini-residency program at the prestigious Misch International Implant Institute. I place great emphasis on being an honest, gentle, and caring dentist. I intend to treat my patients and not just their teeth. I passionately believe in direct patient education and do all complimentary consultations personally, taking the time to answer questions and explain all options available to prospective patients. When I am away from the office, you will find me on the basketball court, at the gym, or traveling around the world with my family. Although I will always tell you that I am living my dream job, you may find it interesting that my secret dream is to be a part-time chef! I love to cook and prepare a lavish meal at home for my family or, while dining at a restaurant, making notes on a new dish so I can experiment with it at home.

I did not meet the dentist today but the receptionist was lovely and the waiting room was very nice! The hygienist was amazing; very nice and answered all my questions. The rooms are also very welcoming with the TVs as an added bonus! Already booked my next two appointments!!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The best part was I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, like a lot of dentist or specialist offices - in terms of charges. The staff was very open and clear about all charges and also took the initiative to reach out to my insurance company to make sure what I was covered for and wasn't.

The communication between open care and the doctor's office was not accurate and I showed up for my appointment which they had scheduled wrong. Even with this mix up they were able to squeeze me in and were extremely apologetic about it. I saw Dr. Pinky Patel and she was amazing, very nice and explained everything extremely well. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I have recommended this dental office to all my friends and family.
