Please do not be fooled by this office reviews on their website. They only put the good ones on. I was a patient for many years but the changes at the new place are too much. Too many new people, bad parking and the office manger talks way too much and is self absorbed. Dr.Eng is wonderful but his choice is staff is questionable

Very unimpressed with the some of staff at his office make you feel like all they care about is your money and insurance. One of the ladies at the front is very unprofessional and harasses you all the time and disrespects you when you are late DOESN"T RESPECT YOUR TIME AND NEVER APOLOGIZES FOR OFFICE BEING LATE, which happens alot. Dr.Eng is kinda but his main associates is not very good. Don't waste your time going there.

Been with Dr Eng since his start at 2000 Credit Valley Professional building! Great dentist along with Dr Khan and Dr Xenobia.

Beware when you pay for charges. Staff got mixed up and made excuses for extras. They mixed up my appointment when I showed up but they didn't apologize. Office liked to Call numerous times for one single appointment as if their time is more valuable than yours.

For the past 14 years i didnt miss an appointment with Peter, he is very skilled and people person, i recommend and recommended him to all my family, friends and my kids, his office manager is also great i've known Nadine for the same period of time, supportive and if you have any thing to say just share with them, i know both of them care to their customers the same way took care of me. Thank you

Dr. Eng is one of the most gentle, trustworthy and genuine dentists I have known. He has been my dentist now for almost over a decade. I moved with him from Altima to his current location which is not as convenient as the mall but I'd never think to change dentists. These days it is hard to find a knowledgeable and skilled dentist who doesn't push unnecessary services. He's not out to make $ over the patient's welfare unlike some dentists; some are real pushy & commercial. Dr. Eng really listens & tries to let you be aware of what will happen, available choices, etc. For ex. other dentists would have tried to convince me that they could fix my molar(possible hairline fracture) but he sent me to an oral surgeon instead. I also happen to love the staff feeling as if ive lost an old friend when my usual hygenist retired. His staff are very skilled, professional yet very friendly. They call to remind u only to be thorough which I appreciate. I have never received a 5 min late call. 10/10

Dr Eng is Ok but very unimpressed by his office practice and marketing of other not-so-necessary dental procedures such as deep cleaning and periodontic referrals. The office would usually call three times to all your phone numbers on their file prior to your appointment date to ensure you are going. Then you will also get intimidating messages of penalty for last minute cancellation. Will also get call if you are 5 minutes late. But you can't do the same to them if their office is running late. Once they made me wait for an hour as their office was running late. The office is also very skilled to maximize charges if you have insurance coverage but rarely asks patients to pay out of their pocket.
