I agree. Dr. Ananthan comes across friendly but he's a gold digger. He pushes you to do the most expensive treatment. They won't even send an estimate to the insurance company to check your coverage. They want you to book an appointment ASAP. He may be good at his job but I found him very pushy. I would advise you to go see a dentist that puts your best interest first..not their ownHe owns two practices as well. Talk about GREEDY!

My family has been patients of Dr Ananthan for over 20 years, and I believe that makes us experts on his service. I do not know what all the negative reviews are referring to. He has always been so so courteous and respectful of us. He is extremely knowledgeable not only regarding the health of our teeth, but the cosmetics too. Although his fees are higher than some other dentists (maybe 5-10%), he is worth it, as his standards are very high and the work he does is excellent.

I have been going to Dentist in Mississauga and was never satisfied with the work they did. One Dentist gave me two caps and they kept falling out and she just kept glueing it back in because she didn't know what else to do. until I went to another Dentist who called her and told her what her problem was and explained what she should do, after she fixed it one more time ( 6th time by now)I decided to stay with this new Dentist, oh yes we can help you, no problem . I had him fix her crappy work and add two more caps. I'm at work and my cap falls off with the post. I then complained to my friend and gave me Dr. Ananthan's number, she even called his office for me.I made an appointment and I have been back two more times. I have never met such an awesome Dentist, he did all the work at was needed , explained every thing he was doing and was full of compassion and knowledge, I was so impressed not only with him however with his great staff. Horrible dental office. I will not return to this dental office. I was seen by Dr. Khorana when the change over happened and cannot believe Dr. Motomura was replaced by her. She has no idea what it entails to be a dentist. She has a snotty attitude and looks down on her patients and I even caught her rolling her eyes when I was asking a question about treatment that was required. I voiced my concerns to the front desk (who at the time was wonderful and is no longer there), and decided to see the other dentist Dr.Ananthan. When I was sitting in the chair, I felt he was trying to flash his smile and talk to me as if he was rushed and didn't care and not consider my time. Finally at the end of dealing with Dr. Ananthan no questions were answered by him as a professional which I wouldn't consider, and it was all about him. The only recommendation I will see give is his hygienists and assistants they are the only saving grace.

Dr. Ananthan's new partner Dr. Khoranna. 1) waited outside for 15mins for appt. doors were locked with no sign or message in reception. 2) did not put vest on for exrays 3) Dr. K couldn't tell top from bottom teeth in exray, I had to tell her (I could tell due to my bottom brace) She then blamed her assistant for not taking the pictures right? 4) BROKE off part of my Tooth! with dental damn, I handed her the peice of tooth in my mouth, which she then said was just a filling. But after she filled my cavity noticed that they did indeed break off part of the tooth next to it... Just aweful. Horrible experience, would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. At least not Dr. K or the assistant that broke my tooth.

Dr. Ananthan and his staff not only made me feel completely comfortable in the chair, they also took the time to explain ALL my treatment and even put a payment plan together for me!! Overall VERY good experience and his work is the best Ive ever had. So happy/ thankful I was refered to him for my dental work!! Would recommend him to anyone! :)

Dr. Ananthan has been dentist for the past ten years. The fillings and onlays he has completed for me were done same day! Yes it more costly than other denists but wow you get what you pay for. All of my friends and family are now trusted to his care.

This dentist is all about money. He recommends treatment that other dentists wouldn't. Staff are always changing. He runs behind all the time. Lastly he is very full of himself and thinks he`s better than you.

Dr. Noel has been my family dentist for 19 years. He is the most current dentist that I know on the latest dentistry procedures. He is very gentle, knowledgeable,and take the time to explain the process and recommends a course of action.His staff is very professional and considerate. He is avialable in emergency to take care of the patients. I also had followed him from his old to the new office.

Great dentist, but since they have changed their billing procedures and make you pay up front and not bill the insurance company as they used to, it's just not afforadable any more and I had to go elsewhere.

He USE to be a good dentist, but nows it's all about the money. I sent a friend who was upset because he was told he needed $20,000+ work done to make him perfect. Last time I was there I was paying my bill which was $200+ for a cleaning and I heard the hygienist and office manager talking about quotas and profit sharing. Dr. Anathan has one hand in your mouth and another in your wallet.

Dr. Ananthan and all his staff are first rate, you could not ask for a better clinic, Dr. Ananthan and his staff are on time and make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in. Noel takes the time to go over things with you so you are comfortable and understand just what is going on. I have been going to Noel for 15 years now and would not dream of seeing another Dr. I have followed him from his old clinic to his new one and would do so again, you feel like you have one of the best Dr's in dentistry, very up to date, state of the art clinic.

Their billing practices are somewhat suspect. A bit overcharging (most likely if you have dental insurance). Secretaries inept at doing transactions.

Excellent first experience. Dr. Ananthan took the time to discuss treatment in detail with me and addressed all of my concerns. Staff were very professional and organized. His staff portray a very out-going and enegetic atmosphere.

The best dentist I have ever been to. I miss him now that I have moved. Very gentle. Explained procedures in detail. Work is very precise. I've actually had other dentists comment on the precision of his onlays in my mouth!!
