Friendly and great consumer service. They called a day before the appointment to confirm. Even when I was not sure because of an issue I had to deal with personally, my appointment was put on hold for me.

I had a good time with ONESMILE as my first appointment on Opencare. The reception was amazing (shoutout to Sun! Or Son? Not sure how to spell her name), and the dental hygienist was the best I've ever had (thank you Sarah!). Only issue I had was the excessive and uncomfortable whole mouth X-Rays.

OneSmile was so much better than my past dentists! I've never seen a dental clinic like this before, the staff and dentist were very welcoming and friendly. They treat you very well from coming in until you leave. They were also very professional with the dental care they provided me. My overall experience was just great! I haven't been to a dentist in 3 years due to previous terrible experiences. I found Onesmile through opencare and it turned out to be a great experience. I had interactions with all 4 staff members (Sun, Eugene, Dr. Ade, and Crystal) on site during my visit and each one added to my experience. All four of them were not only helpful and knowledgeable but it was clear that they were doing all they could to make me comfortable and reduce my anxiety. I was initially only booked for a cleaning but they found a cavity during my exam and offered to fix it right away. It was the least painful experience I've had at the dentist. They did a great job distracting me and putting me at ease. They also helped explain my benefits coverage so there were no surprises. For anyone who has had previous bad experiences or has anxiety surrounding dental appointments, I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience. Dr Ade was so patient and understanding with me. I get kind of anxious going to the dentist and haven't been in year but she made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The staff are all so wonderful. They helped me book everything in time before my insurance runs out and were very accommodating.

She is a beautiful lady & has your best interest. She is honest & makes sure you are comfortable with any procedure. There hours are so convenient for ppl who work daily. The staff there is amazing, receptionist is the kindest person I have ever met & hygienist was wonderful, always asked if I was comfortable. I booked my appointment through Opencare. I received a phone call from Onesmile the next day, confirming my appointment. It was my initial checkup. Dr. Ade was very professional and patient. She ordered ab X-Ray (since it was my first visit), performed routine checkup and made suggestions for some minor procedures (which I booked right after).
