Never had a pleasing interaction like that in awhile at any other business/retail/healthcare. The team was very transparent, running me through all the steps and process on keeping my teeth nice and healthy. They also took the time to answer any questions or concerns and also gave lots of information. I felt really cared for especially because the I was given a tour of the dental office It seems like a small measure but really shows that the staff cares. I also loved that they walk you through your x-rays and pictures to help you understand. My biggest issue with going to the dentist is not that I have anxiety about the appointment but more about being judged because I didn't always get regular cleanings.
