What a great experience! I’m Very happy with my treatment

Was admittedly nervous as it had been a while since I had seen a dentist. Westgate's team made me feel welcome, calm, and left me confident that I had made the right choice in dental care.

Had an appointment for dental exam, great experience overall. Don't really see a requirement to take X Ray 3 times including one 360 scan and other 2 scans. Nevertheless, good experience overall.

They asked me for my insurance information and I sent them more than a week before I was due for my new patient exam. They did not check my coverage before I went and charged me $146 saying my insurance did not cover it, while I still saw that 1 new patient exam coverage was still left for the calendar year. They should have informed me beforehand and I would not have received the treatment. I feel like I was scammed.

Excellent service. Appointment booking was quick and staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. was thorough in exam and explanation and the whole experience was pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic.

Very professional staff and clean facility

Everyone was super nice and not judgy at all which is one of the biggest things I look for. They didn't nag at me or shame me to floss more. They were all very wonderful in that aspect. They are almost there for a good dental clinic for me but it just didn't work out because I didn't like that there wasn't more finesse or sophistication in their skill. With the hygienist, it started with getting handed grubby sunglasses. And when she started scraping my teeth with the manual tool, she was wiping it on this cloth that was right next to my nose and cheek so I could smell my plaque the entire time and the cloth was brushing my face every time she went to wipe the tool. When she was using the polishing tool, it felt like she didn't know how to use it because the polishing hose kept slapping me in the face for two minutes until I told her it felt weird and then she was more aware and stopped. When the Dr/Dentist came to do my review, she handed me clean sunglasses but they were still wet from being clean so I had drops of water streaming down my face but she didn't wipe them off my face and proceeded to review my teeth. Apparently, when I had too much saliva, she nicely told me to please swallow my saliva and I was thinking in my head, I've never had a dentist tell me to swallow my saliva - they would just suction it out... They are almost there - they've got the not-judgy part down which is super important and super great that they've got that but it's the craftsmanship they still need to hone in on.

Dr. Cho is super knowledgeable, patient, and nice, she makes you feel completely comfortable. The whole team is friendly and professional; the office is clean and calm. Absolutely recommend!
