Open Door Health Center is an independent non-profit community health center that increases access to quality, affordable, culturally appropriate, patient-centered health care. Caring ODHC staff members provide expert family practice medical, dental, and behavioral health services, laboratory services, and medication assistance. ODHC serves everyone regardless of ability to pay, accepts most major insurance plans, offers a sliding fee discount for services for those who are eligible, and provides assistance to individuals enrolling in MNsure. Open Door Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), exists to increase access to quality, affordable, culturally appropriate, patient centered health care and to maximize the overall well-being of our patients. Our clinic provides expert care that is culturally sensitive to our diverse community. We are a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program approved location. Our workplace is characterized by our passion for excellence, compassion for our patients, and commitment to our work. Our team cares and makes a difference in our community. We provide comprehensive and caring family practice medical, dental and behavioral health care to adults and children, including serving the low-income and underserved in southern Minnesota. We currently serve over 3,000 patients, and our patient volume continues to grow.
