Smile LA Downtown Modern Dentistry

refreshing to meet a provider who explains every aspect of they plan they made for you and why it’s necessary.

Great staff, had to wait for a bit, taking images and scan was too lengthy.

Dentist appointment was made and office office was found with ease. The staff pretends to care, procedure and pricing were changed and completely different. Staff did 'everything in their power' to lie about the procedure and steps regarding following up at same location.

They pulled out my tooth fast without pain. Very little bleeding and gave me discount when it was super expensive.

Aesthetically pleasing location, kind of hard to find inside the maze which is the building, they do charge you 20$ for parking, which kinda sucks, and it’s a bit more on the expensive side if treatment.

Friendly staff and clean office. I highly recommend :)

Nice facility, but overly intent on upselling additional procedures

Great staff. Very detailed explanation of care and treatment.

They confirmed the whole comprehensive checkup would be covered by my insurance but later I found bunch of items not covered and a bill regarding that. Also they quoted me an exorbitant amount for deep cleaning and when asking for records to get a second opinion they aren't sending the whole Xray images ( according to other clinic what they recorded was insufficient). So they used up my one comprehensive exam without doing it properly.

Just go somewhere else where they wont rip you off

They offer great explanations and have a good understanding experience ranging 30 years

Will definitely recommend the dental office. The staffs are very friendly

Great experience overall. Was able to get exam + cleaning + fillings all done in one visit.

Like them there are friendly and sweet i will come back there

Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Very pleased

I love how friendly and nice everyone was. They will work with you if any issues. I really love this dental office.

Great dentist office and services! I have signed up for a service with multiple procedures and will be back soon.

I had a great experience at Smile LA. They were incredibly accommodating and were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment as a new patient, which I really appreciated. The team was very thorough with imaging, and the doctor took the time to walk me through everything in detail, explaining the findings in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured--just well-informed about my options and next steps. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend them!

Great location and friendly staff.

They were really great. Super friendly staff and great care!

Friendly staff, modern equipment, and top quality care.

Good service, helpful staff

Extremely friendly staff and an amazing dentist with a great personality

Overall I had a very good experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the Dr. gave a clear easy to understand diagnosis and treatment plan.

It was fine, seemed better online, simple things would enhance the patient experience.

I just had a deep cleaning at Smile LA and it was an outstanding experience. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and extremely thorough from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and delivered excellent care. The deep cleaning was detailed but gentle, and I could immediately feel the difference. The office is clean, modern, and very well run. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work. Highly recommend Smile LA if you’re looking for a dental team that is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly 5-star. I’ll definitely be coming back. I prefer this response
