had some filling at the front. Several weeks later lost the filling. Called office immediately to report the problem. I was asked to come next day for a fixing, which took 10-15 min. I was charged $137 as emergency visit, which was dropped after discussion. That filling didn't work well in first place and I assumed, that was dentist responsibility to fix it free of charge.
