The dentist is good. I appreciate his advice and care. However my overall experience was not great and I hope they fix these issues soon. Unclear communication during the treatment, I went for the regular teeth cleaning and oral exam. While the dentist and the hygienist both were great, they did not mention that they are going to use injections to num my teeth. For regular cleaning, I have never had anesthesia injections but they chose to use then without even telling me that they are going to use injections. The front desk really need some serious improvements. After the cleaning and everything when I asked for the bill, the front desk lady said did you pay for something for which you are asking for a bill. Later she said she will email me the receipt but she never sent it. No one answers the phone call either, I called at least 6 times on different occasions and also left voicemail. Finally I had to visit their clinic in person to get the receipt. I hope they work on it.

The experience was good, but somehow they charged me more than the invoice.

I had a great experience during my recent dental visit. I booked the appointment mainly to get an X-ray because I was having some discomfort around my wisdom tooth. The dentist took the time to examine the issue and clearly explained what was going on and what treatment may be needed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend united dentistry
