I have had the same problems with Dr. Vo and staff. I wanted to talk to Sarah and found out she left which is there loss. I found Sarah by luck and she now works at Sante Dental on Highbury. Much nicer place and nicer staff...go there. I'm happy now

Very Rude Staff -The reception women was so rude to me when I was calling today, I normally deal with Sara who is a very happy friendly and kind person she is always upbeat and willing to help. I dont know who this other lady was but speaking with her today was just awful, she kept speaking over me, full out told me I was wrong, and just plan rude. I have been thinking about leaving for awhile now as Dr. Vo bought the office from my first dentist, she's never been overly friendly as well but seemed to get the job done, but after the rudeness of today I will be going else where. I will deeply miss my hygienist of many years and Sara's kind ways, but this wasnt the only time someone has been a little rude or to the point with me over the last year or so.- Stars are for todays issues, normally I would give Sara and Jennifer five stars

I was there a bit over a year ago, got the male dentist in this office. Everyone was super nice and very helpful, but the actual dentistry was terrible. I was complaining about some come-and-go pain in one tooth so he hit the tooth twice with a metal stick and said it could wait, and charged me 100$ for it. Bad stuff. Going to a different dentist now.

I've been going to this office for years, before Dr.Vo bought it, I'm starting to question the support staff, I called the other day and spoke with a very rude lady, I asked if i could speak with Sarah who i normally deal with, the answer i got was "NO" nothing more then that, the lady gave me wrong information, I called back last week and spoke with Sarah personally. Sarah knows her stuff, fixed the problem the other lady made, cleared up all my questions, and not to mention is just all around a sweet and kind person. I do not know who i spoke with the first time, but if it was my first time calling and I would not be calling again, I will only speak with Sarah and no one else, other wise you will have a mess on your hands regarding to appointments and insurance

very knowledgeable staff, all i have dealt with are amazing and seem to know their stuff, i'm very happy here. i always have great cleanings and the front desk girl is wonderful, i had an issue with an insurance claim, called her in the morning and by the afternoon it was all sorted out, also it was recommended that i have a crown and she went over everything with me from what the dentist will do at my two appointments (I wasnt aware it would be two appointments until I spoke with her), insurance steps, payment requirements. I was very happy she took the time to go over everything with me, I know nothing about these things, she is very busy and not once did she rush me or make me feel like my questions were stupid

I stopped in to Dr.Vo’s the other day as my kids are patients there and had a couple of insurance questions and requests, The front girl was so helpful and so sweet (I think her name is Sarah) she answered every question I had and then some, She was so great and got me everything I needed for my insurance as well as really informed me on what it was I needed and why, I know nothing about the insurance end of things and normally want to pull my hair out when I try to understand it, I know my kids get great care there and I will be switching there in the near future as I know my dentist will be retiring in the up coming year or so, I am very happy!

Everyone that works here is incredibly nice and knowledgable. I walked over to the office to see about making an appointment and was told that there was a cancellation and I could be seen right away. I got x-rays and the dental hygenist and Dr. Vo were both very good at explaining what they were doing to my teeth, as well as what different x-ray and photo images and terms meant. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back (never thought I would say that about the dentist). Their whole team is extremely competent, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was a patient of Doctor Assuras for 14 years until, sadly, he retired and turned his practice over to Dr. Vo. I have outstanding dental work that I needed to have done, and called to book an appointment, receiving an answering machine not once, but twice during working hours. I left a message for a call back that never came. I then called again, booked an appointment, but it was cancelled as doctor Vo wanted to take a course on the day of my appointment. When I called to ask how long she knew of the course, it was the past Monday, and it is now Wednesday. This was totally disrespectful to me, my time, and any other patient that Dr Vo had scheduled and combined with the front desk staff, I am now looking for another dentist.

I was so happy to see dr.vos name when i was driving down oxford street, I was so sad when she left her old office... I went to her new office a couple months ago and the office and atmosphere is just wonderful, everyone is so happy and sweet, Ive never been to a better dental office

I thought she was great with my little one. They got my child in ASAP when I thought there was a problem. (My little one was fine but we didn't know that when booking the appointment!) My child is very young and they were easy going with them and great with easing my childs fears! I'm going back there for sure with all my children. Dr. Vo was fantastic and so was the staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Vo's office. She is a very gentle, warm dentist and was very conciderate to my fear of dentists. My husband and children also love her. The staff and other associate Dr. Tawar are wonderful, very pleasant and helpful and always welcome me and my family with a warm welcoming smile.I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family.
