Dr. Viana is AWESOME! He's kind, understandable and very good. I greatly recommend him! I had 2 crowns performed and it was quite painless. The dental clinic is extremely clean and has an impressive view of the Capital. I was pretty satisfied.

Even after Kelloggs closes and we lose benefits I would still want to be a patient of yours because you and your team are great.

Horrible, fights with his staff infront of patients and makes unforgivable mistakes

My fiancé is the previous comment and I'm the father of our daughter and we are very upset about what happened this morning to our daughter who is eight years old. He was distracted at his staff and was not in a good mood. He was very distracted that he actually pulled out my daughters healthy tooth, not the bad tooth he was supposed to. Then when he was confronted by my fiancé all he could do was apologize . We are lost for words but I would not recommend you or anyone's family getting work done by Dr. Paulo Viana located in White Oaks mall. Very upset !!!

Dr. Viana is so fun, friendly and charming that it made me forget that I don't like going to the dentist. The staff is amazing, everyone from start to finish was kind and patient and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They made sure I was comfortable for my whole visit. I highly recommend Dr. Viana for adults and kids. Thank you :)

I am a patient at the white oaks location. I went in today and the service was surprisingly horrible. I waited for an hour for my appointment and just walked out, as I did not want to wait any long. This is not the first time this occurred. I once had to wait for an hour and a half. The timing is ridiculous. They need better organization and time management skills.

Fantastic Dentist! Wonderful bedside manner, makes you feel very comfortable and is there for your health, not to upsell you on things you don't need. Completely trust him, and very fair & decent prices. Lucky I found what must be one of the best dentists in all of Canada!

Dr. Viana is an excellent dentist. He is very caring and has quick hands. He is flexible with weekend and evening appointments. His office is clean and up to date with digital technology. I had a great experience as his patient will definitely continue to go back to him. His service is leaps and bounds above other dentists I have seen and He makes the experience a positive one. Seriously, Dr. Paulo Viana and his staff are the best dentists in Canada, that I have been to. He explains everything, doesn’t patronize you, acts like a person, and treats you like a friend. Though going to the dentist is no one’s idea of a good time, Dr. Paulo Viana makes the experience painless and worthwhile.

Very professional staff. My appointment was at 2pm and it started promptly on time. The hygienist was very diligent, explaining every step of the process. The rooms are clean and equipped with the latest technology in dental materials. The dentist visited once the hygienist completed his treatment and proceeded to do an oral check-up. He was very thorough and informative about any possible need for treatment or further visits. Excellent experience!

I was experiencing agonizing tooth pain which turned out to be a bad infection. Dr. Viana and his staff got me right in to deal with the problem immediately and effectively. I am always impressed with Dr. Viana's professionalism and sense of humor and all his staff are equally amazing. It is obvious that this dental practice cares and it was so nice to see all the pictures and information about what they do in the community. Keep up the great work, you have a patient for life!

Worst dentist ever...screwed up my root canal and then had to pull the tooth...didn't seem to know what he had to do or was doing that day....dental assistant had to tell him????? I left in tears and never went back. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Staff are great but not much good to say about him. Good luck to anyone to goes there

Recently had my new patient exam at the komoka office and I was extremely disappointed in the care I received I went in there and waited almost an hour just to get in the room I saw this lady Loreal I believe her name was and she rushed thru the check up and had to wait almost 20 mins to see the Dr she never said anything to me no small talk or anything and when the Dr finally came into see me he looked in my mouth for 5 seconds and says ok looks good and then he was gone he was yelling at some staff members in the back room I thought that was soo unprofessional I feel bad for the staff. I will never be returning there I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. He should smarten up and if he wants to yell at his staff go somewhere else not let patients hear.

I recently became a patient of Dr.Viana's as I am new to the city and was in need of a Dentist. So, I researched around and came across advertisements promoting a great new patient promo so I came on here saw some mixed reviews but figured I'd go see for myself. At my first visit I filled out papers early as I was asked to arrive 15 min early, and was taken back late for my appointment, quickly my first impression went out the window. Once finally brought back I was greeted and shown around by a friendly hygienst. Then more waiting happened to meet the dentist then once X-rays were completed more waiting again. I understand it's a big office, but we are paying for a service and it's out right rude making people wait who show up early for you and who chose this office over many to just wait and be treated like a number not a priority while the dentist is ranting outside the rooms about things unrelevant to patient care. The staff are what makes this office NOT this Dentist!!!

There's really nothing that I can say about Dr. Paulo Viana. He is always helpful and professional, and his staff is the same. All the technology in his office is very cool, and he does his best to make you comfortable. Thanks!

My mouth hasn’t felt so clean and fresh in years! Truly excellent work by Dr. Paulo! I've had terrible experiences with dentists in the past. For example, the dentist that extracted my wisdom teeth had me externally bleeding (and spitting of blood) for days. I knew this wasn't normal when my friends had their procedure done and didn't experience this. Therefore, I started to look for a quality dentist a few months back. In consistency with the themes of the other reviews, I really don't have enough words to describe how great Dr. Paulo. Went for a check-up and deep cleaning (completely painless!). He is very accommodating, professional, skilled, and he definitely cares for his patients. Couldn’t be more satisfied! Highly recommended.
