In 1990, Dr. Baalbaki earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honours from Damascus University, then completed her post graduate studies in Oral Surgery in 1992 with honours from the same university. Following her graduation from the Oral Surgery program, she was practicing both oral surgery and general dentistry for more than 15 years overseas. After being accepted into the Internationally Trained Dentist program at Western University, Dr. Baalbaki completed her Doctor of Dental surgery with honours in 2014. She was the recipient of the Dr. Gerald Z. Wright Award for achieving the highest academic standing over the two years of the program, and the Dr. Kenneth Pownall Memorial Scholarship for the highest academic standing in the second year of the program. Dr. Baalbaki is a clinical instructor at Schulich School of Dentistry, Western University. She is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, Royal Collage of Dental Surgeons, London & District Dental Society (LDDS), International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Academy of General Dentists. She is also a member of Spear Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry, member of the Dawson Academy of occlusion, and member of the Misch International Implant Institute. She is certified in moderate sedation, certified Invisalign provider, and has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education in Implant Dentistry and Occlusion. This has allowed her to earn her Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She performs thousands of surgical cases per year, and highly believes in continuous education as a source of providing the excellent care. Dr. Baalbaki’s approach to each treatment is well-loved by her patients. She emphasizes and encourages the importance of patient involvement and education when developing treatment plans. These treatment plans are carefully tailored to each patients’ personalized needs. Striving to provide exceptional care to her patients, her top priority is patient comfort and satisfaction. I haven't been to the dentist in years and was terrified of going but the moment I walked into the office I felt at ease. The place is state-of-the-art, Dr. Baalbaaki and her team are exceptional, I knew right away that they really nurtured the profession and kept up-to-date with current competencies and literature. True health professionals who know what they're doing and enjoy it as well. I just went for a initial checkup and cleaning but left there learning a lot!!!

First of all, when I arrived at the office it was absolutely stunning. The person who greeted me at the door was also the hygienist who was extremely polite and friendly. She offered me a bottle of water and made me feel very welcome. She gave me a tour of the dental office which is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The hygienist was also excellent. She took my x-rays, asked me questions about my medical history, took my BP, etc. I felt extremely comfortable with her qualifications. The scaling was done exceptionally well and she was very gentle and efficient- absolutely no pain and I have sensitive teeth. When Dr. Baalbaki entered the room she was so friendly and approachable and I felt so comfortable expressing my concerns and asking questions. She addressed all of them and was very excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Baalbaki to anyone.

When I was young, going to the dentist was pretty traumatic. The dentists that I went to made it a very unpleasant experience for me. I began going to Dr. Baalbaki a few months ago when my past dentist retired and she has made this a whole new experience. She is so gentle, kind and informative that it has changed how I feel going to a dental appointment. I am very happy that I am now a patient of Dr. Baalbaki and I would recommend her to anyone.

I saw Dr. Baalbaki for a wisdom tooth surgery. She is a new dentist in the practice, in place of another dentist. Although I was nervous in the beginning, she made me feel very comfortable and did not start the surgery until I was happy to do so. She seemed very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. The surgery took no time at all. Although there was a little bit of a wait in the waiting room, I could probably account this due to the fact that there were many patients that day; but Dr. Baalbaki gives each patient her full attention. I will definitely switch my family over to her as my regular family dentist.
