I am a new patient to the office. Dr Lott and his staff explained everything in great detail. I will be a returning patient! Highly recommended!

THE WORST dentist I've ever had. Don't talk to patients. Made me to do 2 fillings that wasn't even necessary. Honestly, any other dentist would be better than this guy.

Dr. Lott is the best Dentist i have ever been to. After a traumatic dental experience as a child, I am very uncomfortable with dentists. Not Dr. Lott. He is very, very experienced and has a zen like calm. I am difficult to freeze, and Dr. Lott always takes the extra time and tools to make sure I am pain free. I would reccommend this practice to anyone for their detal care needs.

The worst ever, Dr. Kohlmeier as well. No concern or respect for the patients. Never talked to me, always sent an assistant. Please, think twice before going there. I am happy I left, but I am still facing the consequences... Read reviews, this is where people can tell the truth openly. I wish I would have read these reviews before going there.

I have been a patient here for over 7 years and really appreciate the staff and their professionalism. They have always been knowledgable when it comes to my dental concerns and have always been willing to spend extra time with me for questions when I have them. The office is modern - even has cool tv screens in the rooms so you can see your own xrays and photos they take of your teeth. Dr. Lott is very kind and gentle when working in your mouth. Very happy here, and so are my too small kids!

My friend went to see Dr. Lott and he cracked her tooth during a procedure, then expected her to pay for the repair! He has no bedside manner and is very uninterested in his patients as people.

The staff are not responsible. They told me 30% discount at beginning, and I double checked with them 30% off after second treatment, however after 3rd treatment I found next 2 times only 20% discount. They did not say sorry to me for their cheating. Dr. Lott's technique could be good, because I do not feel uncomfortable after pulling teeth. But her assistant poked my gum so hard to test aesthesizing that I almost jumped! Her assistant applied sucction directly on my fractured tooth then the cold air made my tooth feeling bad. They do not want to talk with me next plan after taking my teeth out, maybe because they see my current insurance would not have enough money to cover expensive implanting. They unfortunately do not realize that next year I would earn a lot of money after my graduation, whatever I plan to change other dentist because their staff are not good and dentist is distant. they never talked with me the disadvantage of getting out teeth without replacment.

I use to love Dr. Lott and Dr. Oceipa but unfortunately she left and her patients weren't even informed. I've been going to Dr.Lott and I'm not happy. Before I use to see the same hygienist now I see someone different every time and today I had the worst one she was rude and sprayed me with the water pick. I was annoyed and I'm finally changing dentist.

I began seeing Dr. Lott recently and am quite pleased with him so far. His office staff and hygienists are amazing -- so friendly, informative, helpful, etc. The clinic is small, but very comfortable and clean. Dr. Lott can seem a bit distant, as other reviewers have mentioned, but personally this doesn't bother me. I'd rather my dentist be good at dentistry than customer service. Plus, Dr. Lott does have a great sense of humour, and if you actually chat back to him and engage him, he's not as distant. The pricing at this clinic is very reasonable and I will continue to be a patient for as long as possible. Extras like Invisalign and Zoom are available, but they aren't pushed onto you. A big plus is the coffee making machine in the waiting room and the suggestion that you can help yourself to a hot beverage. It just adds to the hospitality and pleasantness of the atmosphere.

I found Dr Lott very distant. He seems to communicate through his office manager instead of directly to you. His staff is very nice.

I've been going to Dr. Lott for about 2.5 years, since coming to London, having been recommended by someone at work. I've been very satisfied with the care I have received there. My main dissatisfacion with Dr. Lott is that he always talks to the dental assistant while he's working on me, as if I'm not even there, often about gossipy things that shouldn't be discussed with a patient in the room. And he does talk A LOT. He doesn't explain things unless specifically asked. So, it's more the commuication part that could be better - not the care, which is excellent.

He's very distant - talks to the assistant instead of the patient, and barely seems interested in what's going on.

This dentist left me in pain for 2 years that caused me the loss of a job. He also wanted to do several unnecessary fillings, and remove several teeth that I still have with no problem. Then I received a note warning me not to get involved in some pyramid scheme that the employees were involved in. I went back to my original dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr Lotts for many years and am surprised at the large amount of employee turnover. I feel that his hygenists are trained to be sales people who surely must be on commission. They try to push xrays that are under the time allowance by insurance companies and when you question them about it they make you feel cheap. I always feel over charged for scaling that they claim might be 4units and you know your whole appointment wasn't that long.I believe they do a good job and the office staff is very good but I always feel overcharged and a little like I have just received a condo sales job.

I've been with him for over 20 yrs, and now drive 2hrs to his practice. Prior to Dr. Lott, I was terrified to go to a dentist. Now I go with confidence. I highly rate this MD!!
