As a result of my underlying fear of the dentist I became concerned about the health of my teeth. I began searching websites for a dental facility that would help me overcome these fears. I soon discovered Dr. Bruno Paliani "The Smile Dentist" and viewed the photo gallery and read the testimonials on his website. My first thought was if he can help these people, I am sure he can help me. I made a consultation appointment and felt so comfortable with Dr. Paliani and his staff that he began an examination that day. Within 3 or 4 appointments I had my healthy confident smile back. In the summer of 2012, I had the privilege of being a client of Dr. Paliani. On my first appointment, Dr. Paliani gave me a quick run-down on what Invisalign was, and how he would use Invisalign to improve my smile. His communication approach was simple and straight forward with a no-scripted marketing technique. First, no one has the time to waste, and Dr. Paliani definitely makes sure he does not waste your time and I truly appreciate the fact that he is very effective, efficient, and genuine in his interaction either in-person, via e-mail or phone. My experience was great with Dr. Paliani and his staff. Since the first time I walked in, their warm welcoming atmosphere, flawless facility, and professional conduct made me feel I was in the right place to have my teeth fixed. Dr. Paliani was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do with my particular case. I was considering veneers, but I am so happy I went with Invisalign. About the same cost as braces, but a lot less noticeable and a lot more comfortable, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. When I entered University, I became even more concerned about my smile. I didn't want to show my teeth when I smiled. I made a free consultation appointment and he took pictures of me and later showed me a computer simulation - I impressed! After an examination, we discussed my options and I chose to have veneers. We took molds of my teeth and created mock teeth using the computer simulation - so at my first appointment, I had a brand new smile with the temporary teeth. At the second appointment, he removed the temporary teeth and secured the permanents in place. I started to cry. Since my smile makeover over 12 years ago, I now smile with confidence all the time! He truly changed my life! Dr. Paliani and his staff are amazing!

my name is George.I went to Dr Bruno`s Office a year ago.he was so Polite to me.We sit at his office and he was showing me at his computer how the implants work and how much it will cost me.he said to me THAT`S HIS OWN WORDS.GEORGE IF YOU PAY BY CHECK OR YOU FINANCE FOR THE MONEY IT WILL COST YOU $12000.00 BUT IF YOU PAY ME CASH IT WILL COST YOU ONLY $10000.00.AFTER HIS HELPER WAS CALLING ME ONCE EVERY MONTH FINALLY MARCH 2013 I TOLD HIM I WAS READY. I WENT THERE AT THE END OF MARCH AND GIVE HIM SOME CASH. THE NEXT APPOINTMENT WAS FEW WEEKS LATTER . HE TOLD HE WAS NOT READY BUT HE IS GOING TO BE READY FOR THE NEXT APPOINTMENT AT APRIL 18. I WENT AT HIS OFFICE AND START PULLING MY TEETH OUT. WHEN HE WAS DONE HE PUT THE REGULAR DENTURES AT MY MOUTH WITH A BIG FORCE ALL MOST TAKE ME OUT OF THE DENTAL CHAIR.THEN I ASK HIM WHEN THE SCREWS FOR THE IMPLANTS GOING IN.AND HE SAID TO ME NO NO.THAT`S ALL I CAN DO WITH $10000.00 HE NEVER FINISH THE WORK HE STARTED . No longer a patient. He maxed out my dental plan and then another dentist had to correct the 'work' completed by Dr. Paliani. Who is writing these fabulous reviews? Notice the pattern?

BIGGEST LIAR EVER! Took 10,000.00 cash from me for implants and gave me dentures! PLEASEEEEEE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED HUMAN! He denied saying anything about implants. I have recorded his secretaries conversation with me and she says "Mr.Konidis's implants are ready for Monday April 29th @1:40 pm"! Shame on you!

I feel the exact same - as soon as he got my money did not care about my results. Extremely disappointed in my experience. Will not be returning. Wish I would have read the reviews first - they are extremely accurate. Always new staff. He is just in it for the money.

agree - "buck chaser". once he is paid up front you can sense the difference in his approach.has your money so your final results don't matter as much.

I was new to town and knew I needed a referral for a root canal. He offered me a "free" consult. After 20 minutes cooling my heels in the trying-to-be-fancy waiting room I was escorted to a meeting room where he met with me, tried to get me to sign an authorization to take and use photos of me in promotional materials, and told me that to assess me was a standard $250 fee, even if I had recent xrays showing the problem. He also offered me a "smile assessment". Feeling very uncomfortable, I felt coerced to have the assessment which he 'happened to have time for' right away. I told him I didn't have time but would come back, and once I made the appointment, I was told they required a credit card number to "hold" the spot. I gave them the number, but came to my senses can cancelled. I wanted to get an estimate for a dental implant. Bruno told me 'that will be the standard $250 review'. He then closed his office for several weeks. He finally commenced having his secretary/receptionist repeatedly call me chasing me to come in for the consult. Buck chaser!

Excessive turnover of staff which got my attention. I remember one of his staff put someone elses x-ray films in my file by mistake and instead of at least trying to confirm if the mistake was true he actually started to argue with me that I was wrong at pointing out the films were not mine. He discovered they were in fact not mine but didn't apologize to me for his behavior. Ever since that time I felt uneasy about him. BTW he does have discipline pending with the the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. I'm looking for another dentist.

I had a horrible experience with a Orthodonist 10yrs ago,the result was severe trauma to my teeth,since then I've been so embarrased by my smile. A couple yrs ago I decided to pursue fixing my teeth with cosmetic dentistry and did much research - I went to several dentists for opinions from TO,Kitch,Camb - when I finally decided to go with Bruno in London. Bruno's plan for treatment just seemed to make sense for my case. Even after my final decision to proceed, (10 crowns & veneers) I did this in 2 steps, 12 months apart - but mainly because I was afraid. All work was finally completed in December 2009, and for some reason I wasn't completely happy - in hindsight, I think I was just afraid that my new smile would fail - that it just wasn't possible to have nice teeth. So I had my 6mth check up with my Periodonist recently and she WAS THRILLED at the work Bruno completed. and Now I finally have breathed a sign of relief and so happy with my new smile. Bruno is excellent at what he does

Constantly phone spams people with an automated dialer "This call is for people who are not happy with their teeth". If he has to resort to telemarketing, then there's something wrong. Did not respond to my repeated requests to remove my name from their directory. I was never even a patient of theirs so he really had no business calling me.

Liar!!!! I went to bruno when i was in dental school to get my fillings done... He charged me over $200.00 for a checkup with xrays (should cost only about $95.00-120.00 max) and lied to my insurance company about the work that needed to be done. The tooth needed a two surface restoration, he quoted a five surface... and $800.00!!!!! for ONE TOOTH! Robbery! Please don't go to him...Has a reputation (no good) and has be previously punished by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons! Please contact them before choosing your dentist!
