I went in for a cleaning but the dentist seemed really rushed and forceful with my teeth. It was probably the most painful cleaning I've ever had. It was strange because they didn't have any other appointments during my visit yet they were super rushed and it ended up hurting my teeth.

I came to Belleview for a new patient exam and cleaning. They didn't have a hygienist present so a dental assistant took my x-ray and did part of the cleaning while the dentist did the more technical parts of the cleaning. The receptionist and assistant were super friendly and kind. The dentist (Dr. Roberts) came off as a bit rushed and carefree. I didn't love being passed off so many times between the dentist and assistant either...I'd prefer a cleaning by a hygienist and exam by the dentist for a more cohesive patient experience. Lastly, they took a panoramic x-ray which my insurance says they won't cover. They should have checked on that in advance and requested my approval.
