Meet Dr. Guldbek Dr. Brian R. Guldbek is committed to providing comprehensive and complete dentistry to his patients. Dr. Guldbek graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1986 and has been providing care to the Libertyville area for 25 years. Staying on the leading edge has always been a priority for Dr. Guldbek. This is demonstrated by his dedication to continuing education. He has completed all the courses at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in Florida. Dr. Guldbek is a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his 15 year career he has served in numerous positions with the United States Marine Corps and United States Navy. He has served as Commanding Officer of Surgical Company Alpha, 4th Medical Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, Senior Dental Executive for Operational Health Support Unit at Walter Reed National Medical Military Center in Washington, DC. His current assignment is the Commanding Officer 4th Dental Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve in Marietta, GA.
