Dr. Micah Snyder

As a lifelong resident of the area, Dr. Micah Snyder graduated from Blue Springs South High School in 2001, University of Missouri- Kansas City in 2006 with her bachelors degree in Communication Studies, and with her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from UMKC School of Dentistry in 2011. After graduation, Dr. Snyder had the honor to stay on as clinical faculty at UMKC's School of Dentistry until starting in Private Practice. It doesn't matter if it is a child on their first visit to the dentist or a patient who has worn dentures for years, Dr. Snyder has had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients during her years in private practice. Although growing up in Blue Springs, Dr. Snyder has just recently moved to Lee's Summit with her husband Mark, and their daughter Asher. Asher joined the family in April of 2013 and has quickly become the light of their lives. Dr. Snyder also has a cat, Zsa-Zsa and dog Finney that round out the immediate family. Dr. Snyder loves spending time with her extended family. Her mom, Debbie Gray, a former music teacher in the Blue Springs School District lives very close, so they get to see each other frequently. "As a detail-oriented perfectionist, dentistry was the perfect medical profession for me. It is a field that not only provided me with the opportunity to help people but also allowed me to use my intricate artistic talents." - Dr. Snyder
