Waited for 5days for the receipt. I left a voicemail last week, called 2 times to remind them and then went to the Clinic just to get the receipt in person. The one in charge of Opencare receptionist was rude! And needs to learn how to deal with customers, she slap her pen in front of me and I saw it. I had to say something!
