Radiant Smiles II

It was my first appointment as a new patient. X-rays were taken of my teeth. Treatment plan was discussed with me as well. The reason for my visit is to have an annual cleaning of my teeth. Any additional services I was willing to come back to have them taken care of when my finances were better. They refused to give me a basic simple cleaning of my teeth, but instead recommended a procedure that consisted of a deep cleaning under the gums that with anesthesia and laser. That is not what I want as I am paying for my services. I should not be forced to receive a treatment that I am not willing to pay for. Therefore, I refused further services, gather my treatment plan in case I wanted to handle that in the future and I left because they would not give me a simple basic cleaning of my teeth.

Honestly the best experience ever i had am extraction today as well and it was painless and quick they were so nice and friendly they calmed me down so much I have very bad anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable will make this practice my only practice i go to love them

I was not anticipating to expect much going to the dentist. I have been trying to find a dentist office for some time and finally decided to book an appointment first thing in the morning without any prior recommendation. I could not be more pleased with my experience! Incredibly friendly staff and everyone was on the same page and very knowledgeable!

Best Dental experience I have ever had! Excellent, kind Dentist and knowledgeable Staff makes a huge difference in your visit.

Prices are overly high, the x rays took so much time, was told i needed deep cleaning for a really high price when i went back to my old dentist he confirmed i didnt need that.

Dr. Lowe was very good and informative. Having a bad experience in the past and explaining to him why I haven't been back to the dentist? I felt like he really cared and kinda took it personal, that my teeth were in such bad shape. I appreciated his honesty in my situation.
