Dr. Amanda Puustinen

A Florida native, Dr. Amanda has been passionate about becoming a dentist since she was 15 years old. To begin her educational journey, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Florida – Go Gators! She furthered her education at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California where she graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). During her time in California, Dr. Amanda was able to provide care in various cities such as Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and San Diego. After starting her career treating patients on Skid Row in Downtown LA, Amanda expanded on her passion for public health, dedicating most of her time to working in non-profit clinics and helping thousands of patients in great need. Her time spent in LA, San Diego, and Tampa have been instrumental in further sharpening her clinical skills and patient-centered care. Now back in her home state, Dr. Amanda is thrilled to continue offering quality, comprehensive care for her community. She strives to be understanding, comforting, and inclusive and her passion for dentistry is evident in her commitment to providing the best possible care for her patients. When she is not working, Dr. Amanda loves spending time with her husband Benjamin and their two kitties as well as her friends and family.
