Friendly but professional staff. Very compassionate, concerned about my comfort during my visit. Everything that would happen at the appointment was explained to me and answered all my questions. Victoria (?) and Dr. Chase were very easy to fill comfortable with and alleviated all my anxiety. I will look forward to working with them again.

The staff could not have been nicer. I was nervous because it had been so long since my last visit. They took great care of me and I've made a follow up appointment.

I had a wonderful experience at fermelia dental!!! Debbie was amazing and treated my teeth very nicely. I can't remember the doctors name but he was genuine as well!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Every staff member that I interacted with showed me kindness and patience. Debbie worked on my teeth and provided me with so much information so that I can better take care of myself and was extremely gentle with me. Dr. Fermelia was so kind and informative. I felt very well taken care of during my visit and I felt like I was provided with VIP services. I feel confident going back and knowing that my teeth and gums will be very well taken care of.

They were very thorough, and explained to me plainly what was needed. They were friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

Dr. Fermelia was very friendly and called to introduce herself before my appointment. Her office was very clean and professional.

I have no complaints. It had been 5+ years since my last dentist appointment and did a really good job. Took my xrays, did a whole bunch of data gathering, and got my teeth cleaned in less time than I thought it was going to take. Front desk helped me with all the paperwork, as it was my first time with them, offered a free ortho consultation for my jaw, and set up a follow-up appointment. All-in-all, I'm glad I went with them.

The best customer service in my opinion. The staff really make you feel at home. I never felt at home more then here. Highly recommend!

That was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. They really made me feel comfortable even though I was very nervous. The doctor explained everything before they did it and the dental assistant was AMAZING and made me feel very comfortable

The wait was a little lengthy but they were very thorough and made me feel very comfortable explaining everything every step of the way!

Super friendly. they were able to get me in earlier. great experience, pretty sure I finally found a dentist I'll stick with. They knew all of my insurance specifics and were able to base my care off of that so I didn't get a super high bill

Dr. Fermelia and her staff are professional, very friendly, and always striving to provide the best service. Dr. Fermelia and the dental hygienists always ensure I am comfortable and very clearly explain what they are doing during the cleaning or other procedures. I commute 45+ minutes because Dr. Fermelia's services are worth it!

I was a new patient today and was really pleased with my entire experience at Dr. Fermelia’s office. The front staff is professional and friendly, and able to get me in the next morning to recement a crown. Dr. Fermelia is wonderful! She really took time to explain what was required in my particular situation and the whys as well. It was so refreshing to be treated like a valued long-time patient. The office is really nice, and the dental assistant was also very kind. I’m returning next week for a cleaning and will definitely recommend this practice to friends and family!

Dr.. Cathy and my hygienist Vickie always treat me well. They show me what's going on with my teeth and provide me with great care. I've been going there for years and wouldn't trust anyone else.

Dr. Fermelia came in on her day off to personally address my issue and it proved her level of care and concern. Although I have only been here for 2 appointments so far, it has far exceeded any dental office experience I have ever had (and I have had many different dentist from my life of traveling). Every member of that team is exceptional! Couldn't be happier.

Dr. Fermalia and her practice manager and the rest of her staff provide excellent compassionate dental care. I am retirement age and have had several dentists.Dr Fermalia is by far the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend her and her staff especially as a dentist for the whole family just as my family has benefited from outstanding dental care for every member of my family.
