Review: Gold Coast Dental has the potential to be a strong contender in the area, especially with its extended hours compared to competitors. However, my experience revealed key areas that need improvement. Communication between the staff, doctors, and their marketing partner (Opencare) was disjointed — I arrived 15 minutes early only to find they had no record of my appointment. This led to unnecessary delays and a nearly two-hour visit for a routine check-up. While the office meets the basic expectations of hygiene and safety, the overall atmosphere feels outdated and uninviting. The decor is drab, the air is heavy with artificial scents, and the technology, including TVs in patient rooms, seems stuck in the past. For a practice that brands itself as a “super practice,” more effort should be made to create a comfortable and modern patient experience, especially given the high charges billed to insurance. On the positive side, the staff was generally courteous, and there is potential here — but a serious investment in better communication, updated technology, and patient comfort is needed to truly elevate the experience. I hope my next visit shows improvement.

Can’t say enough good things about this practice. Everyone was extremely genial ands forthcoming. They explained everything very thoroughly so I knew what was going on the whole time. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!
