The dental hygienist was friendly and professional, and she explained everything she was doing throughout the cleaning. The appointment started on time, and the cleaning itself was relatively quick and painless. I appreciated that the hygienist was gentle but thorough, and she made sure to remove all the plaque and tartar from my teeth. I mentioned this and explained what I needed from Dr. Acosta and the assistants and they were so communicative and helpful, not to mention friendly. My anxiety isn't gone, but I do feel like I can trust that they will take care of me. They said if I ever need to, I can stop them and ask questions, which is so important to be able to do since their hands are in my mouth most of the time. It makes appointments a little longer, but they are very patient and understanding.
