It was a nice experience and accommodated in last minute.

The dentist and staff were professional, but the appointment took too long—nearly two hours for a cleaning, X-rays, and exam. They continued to offer unnecessary treatments even after we informed them that we only wanted insurance-covered services. The wait time between the X-rays, exam, and cleaning was longer than expected.

I recommend this center to friends and family

I loved our first initial appointment so I signed up for the membership. I hope my follow-up appointments hold the same quality.

The communication with the front desk is terrible and there prices are really high.

I was able to receive dental care here when I had run into roadblocks at other providers offices which led to me neglecting my dental health for quite some time. Everyone was friendly , reassuring, and nonjudgmental about my oral health and worked with me to get me back on track .The service and care was excellent. I’ll continue receiving care here!

I took appointment by thinking this is my yearly preventive dental care visit where I get basic dental cleaning along with overall dental health. As I do not have any dental issue and my dental health is fine. I mentioned that I need dental cleaning in my today's visit however they lot of time for diagnosis and came with result to do deep cleaning, which is not covered in my dental insurance plan. This was waste of my time and energy. If I would have picked up my regular dental care clinic I did get basic dental cleaning along with x-ray and overall dental care. These people were there to make money not actually caring about patients. Also, they took all x-ray and pictures of my theet and whike coming out when I asked to get copy there was no satisfactory answer.

I was told I was going to receive a goodie bag at the end of service but didn’t get one. I was also sent an email about a free toothbrush but once ask was told something total different then what was text to me. So that was a little disappointing.

I have been faithfully attending the dentist with regular cleanings my entire life. EVERY past dentist has positively commented on the care of my oral hygiene. I have moved several times requiring a change in dentist over 4 times, and this is consistent across multiple dentists in multiple cities with multiple years of experience. My wife's father is a dentist and can also vouch for my dental health. My visit with URBN Dental Implants & Invisalign felt like getting upsold at a car dealership. They diagnosed me with gum disease and quoted me a $4,000 treatment plan with $2,000 out of pocket cost. Gum disease is progressive and would have been identified by a past dentist. I do not trust the integrity of this dental practice and I would highly caution anyone seeking treatment at this facility.

Everyone was friendly it just took longer than expected. I was waiting for then to start my cleaning around 30 minutes

My dentist appointment went really well. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the office was very clean and organized. The dentist was gentle, informative, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole visit. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
