Awesome visit. Friendly staff and my procedure was less than an hour!

I had a very disappointing experience with this provider booked through Opencare. On November 6, I made the appointment by phone and received a confirmation text for my February 6 visit. Despite scheduling nearly three months in advance, the provider was still unable to honor my booked appointment time. Three days before the appointment, I received another message asking me to confirm my attendance. I replied to confirm and received a confirmation text again. After this second confirmation, I received no phone call, email, or notice of any change. However, the provider unilaterally rescheduled my appointment to two weeks later without informing me. I only discovered this after arriving at the clinic on time. The staff told me that the November 6 call was “not with their office” and that the confirmation texts were “automated by Opencare,” suggesting they were not responsible. However, when I redialed the number from the November 6 call log, their front desk answered, confirming that the appointment had indeed been made with them. The interaction that followed was very unpleasant. While I was calmly trying to clarify what had happened, the two front desk staff repeatedly rolled their eyes, interrupted me, and showed clear impatience. Instead of helping investigate the issue, they dismissed my explanation and eventually told me to leave. The scheduling failure, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I hope Opencare and the provider can improve coordination and ensure patients are treated with basic respect in the future.
