Dr. Alec Helms is originally from Headland, Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama Tuscaloosa for his undergraduate degree and attended UAB School of Dentistry for dental school where he was the president of his dental class for all four years. Dr. Helms has been in practice for more than two years. His favorite part of his job is to create an environment that eases people’s fears about going to the dentist. He also enjoys treating patients and helping them to regain their confidence to smile.
