I had a great experience at Credible Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and well organized. The front desk made check-in easy, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The dental team was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was doing okay throughout the visit. The office was clean, modern, and well maintained, which really added to the overall positive experience. I left feeling well taken care of and satisfied with the quality of care I received. I would definitely recommend Credible Dental to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and reliable dental care.

Not great bedside manner in terms of how the issues found were communicated. I explained I was distrustful of dentists and her approach did not feel comforting. I felt like I was being sold a plan instead of care and concern and thorough physical examination not rely on photos. The cleaning was uncomfortable and the doctor and hygienist did not pay attention to my discomfort. Nothing was explained before the procedure started. Lots of comfort measures were available but not offered lr All available when requested.
