He was extremely gentle with freezing, I was amazed! He was so patient and understanding to my anxiety trigger points, giving me a moment when needed. All of his staff, especially front reception were warm and welcoming. The hygienist Christine made me feel no judgement for how long I had neglected to visit a dentist due to my fears. The atmosphere was comfortable as could be. I will be returning to Lily dental and highly recommend them for anxious patients.
