It was a good first visit. The staff were all very nice, courteous and helpful and the dentist seems knowledgeable and skilled.

Having never been to Jackson Square I was late to my appointment because I was wandering around trying to make sense of the place for 30 minutes (because the place spans multiple addresses), and this was after looking at three different directories! Once I got to my appointment the checking was quick and easy. The hygienist was friendly and thorough and after the x-rays, cleaning and what felt like a fashion photo shoot in my mouth. The dentist came in and explained what work needs to be done on my teeth and used said photos to help easily explain what needs to be done and what preventative measures could be taken to keep my teeth from further wear. I have a followup appointment to get a filling replaced, but all in all it was very a pleasant experience with the hygienist and would be more than happy to see them again in six months for my next cleaning.

Great service and professional staffs

I went there for a filling of my teeth and asked the all the things properly but the thing i didn’t like they told me that everything is covered in your insurance i asked them 3-4 time but there ans was same they didn’t explain me that this much part of your payment will insurance cover and rest you have to pay but they didn’t told me anything about it and when i went to checkout they handed me the bill to pay for that is really unprofessional to hide things to your customers.

They are absolutely amazing. I recommend them with no reservations. 10 out of 10, no drama

Great staff

Experience was mostly good for a first visit. However, I did not expect my visit to last just over 2 hours for a cleaning and some xrays (especially as my previous dentist had emailed across my latest xrays). Staff were friendly, but there did not appear to be any urgency. This type of appointment has typically only taken an hour at my previous dentists.
