Dr. Nancy is so friendly and kind and realized that I had a bad experience at another dentist and totally put me at ease! From the front reception to the cleaning, and then xrays and Dr. Nancy it was a great experience!

Dr. Nancy Yousef was fantastic. I was nervous going in but her calm demeanor and welcoming staff were fantastic. They greeted with a smile and made sure I was doing well. They were quick and thorough with their work on my teeth, making sure to explain what they were do by and why they were doing it. I can't wait to go back... To the dentist! Wow!

Fantastic team, very kind and helpful

Dr. Yousef and the entire staff were welcoming, friendly and patient. It was my first visit to the clinic and I was well taken care from the beginning to end. Dr. Yousef was very thorough in her examination and offered good advice. The hygienist (apologies, I forgot her name) was very kind and gentle with her cleaning tools. It was a great experience overall.

I've recently changed dentists and this was my first visit to Smile Design Stoney Creek. There was a bit of a hiccup and I went to the wrong location but Lina welcomed me with a smile and the team was very understanding of my situation and was happy that I was able to make it. I started with my new patient exam and Dr. Nancy was great, as was her assistant Anna, both full of smiles (even the masks hide them, you can see it in their eyes!). Noah finished off my great experience with a thorough cleaning and even had a suggestion for a mouthwash that was better than the current one I use. Overall I am very happy with my switch and look to have a long relationship with the team @ Smile Design Stoney Creek!

Honestly one of the best dentists visits I’ve had, from start to finish with the hygienists and Dr. Yousef. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Everything went smooth.

Dr. Nancy Yousef and her team are excellent. They are kind, caring and compassionate. For those people who are afraid of the dentist, this team will make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.
