    Dr. Ho and staff were fantastic. Genuinely cares about your dental health and wants to not only present the best options for you but ones that will last well into your future so that you don’t break the bank. They also take my insurance directly which is great

    Dr. Hi was amazing. Very thorough at her assessment and explain all she did along the way. The attendants at the dental office were also welcoming. The clinic environment was clean and well kept. Had a great experience.

    I have nothing bad to say. I had an overall great experience with all the staff as well as a nice change from a dentist. Most of my past experiences felt rushed and a waste of time this time I actually understood what was happening and actually learned from it.

    Dr. Karen Ho and the whole team are nothing short of amazing. They are very attentive and thorough, explaining your case and results in details, and are considerate of people’s preferences. And after a lifetime of dentists saying the expensive solutions were what I needed, their approach of showing multiple perspectives was much appreciated.

    Amazing experience! Office staff are friendly, and helpful. Dental staff were very professional, gentle, and calm creating a pleasant environment. Dr. Karen Ho is fabulous! She is knowledgeable, listens and informs you on each step of your appoint. She took the time to listen and was very engaged in my care. Did not feel rushed at all throughout my appointment. Definitely going back!

    Dr. Ho is amazing. She relieves your fear of going to the dentist. I am glad to have found her. I will be taking my whole family to see her. The best dentist office I have been to in a long time. The staff are great!

    Excellent communication, explanations on what needs to be done were very concise and clear. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as they helped figure out some issues I had with my benefits. Overall, very communicative and helpful staff from reception, to assistants, hygienists, and Dr. Ho.

    Dr. Ho & her team are amazing! My first experience here was phenomenal - Dr. Ho took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that all my questions are answered. Everyone is SO kind and friendly and I feel very comfortable coming back for my cleanings and dental work!

    Everyone in the office were very nice and welcoming, from the moment I walked in. While 'in the chair ' everything was explained and talked about...and Dr. Ho seems great! I have a follow up appointment in a few weeks.

    When I arrived the staff were friendly and helped prepare me for my first visit. I met with the dental office manager and she went over some forms with me and asked me questions. Then I met with the hygienist, who took all the x-rays and measurements required for a first visit. She was extremely friendly and personable. She then did a cleaning. I met with the dentist who went over everything with me in great detail. It was a great experience!

    Dr. Karen Ho is the best dentist I have been to so far. She is very accommodating, very knowledgeable, and will tell you everything on how to take care of your teeth and what are reasons for your tooth issues.

    From the minute I walked into the door the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Check in was quick and Lynette the hygienist was so kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around. Dr. Karen Ho was also very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. All of the staff working there were courteous and made the appointment run smoothly. Would highly recommend visiting this amazing team if you are looking for a new dentist.

    My 3 year old daughter and I went to see Dr. Ho for the first time. This was also my daughter's first ever visit at the Dentist. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and Dr. Ho was amazing with my daughter. The children's room was beautiful and fun filled with stuffies, coloring books and treasures. I would definitely recommend going here especially if you have small children.

    I haven’t been to a dentist in roughly two years, after moving to a new city & not knowing how to pick a new dentist. Dr Ho’s staff were very welcoming & friendly. When it came time for the exam, Dr. Ho was very nice & took her time explaining everything to me thoroughly. They even found time for me to get a cleaning in after my exam & x-rays.
