I have moved around a lot in my 20’s and have seen lots of dentists. Dr. Karen and her staff are by far the best team I’ve ever seen. I have a bit of dental anxiety, and within 5 minutes of meeting Dr. Karen, she put my anxieties to rest with some straight up facts that every other dentist failed to ever tell me! I had a full new patient exam, where first you are brought into an office to review your paperwork, and then there is a detailed physical exam with xrays and photos - done by an extremely warm, friendly and efficient hygienist who took an interest in my health, my life, and took her time to explain every step of the process. Dr. Karen then came in and further explained every part of her exam and process, as far as telling me what certain instruments were doing. I reallllly appreciate this as someone who has had lots of dental work for 30 years and never had a dentist ever explain anything as it happened. She listened to my concerns with compassion, gave me options, and took my insurance coverage into account every step of the way. The care was gentle and painless. Today I had two fillings done in my follow-up and it was fast and easy, and again the procedure was explained the entire time. As a new resident of Hamilton, I am SO happy to find a dental office with a dentist, assistants, hygienists and front office staff who genuinely care and deliver excellent patient practice every step of the way. Would recommend this office to anybody. 10/10 experience.

I went for my first visit with Dr.Ho and i had an amazing experience. All the staff was very professional and welcoming. I was guided at each step and was provided with information on reason behind each dental procedure. I was assisted by Brandon and Emma and both of them are very gentle, puts patient care first and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Ho is very knowledgeable professional and accommodating. I would highly recommended Dr. Ho for all your dental needs.

Had a very positive first visit at Dentistry on Parkdale. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and talk you through what they're doing and why.

Everything was good except I had to wait for almost an hour after filling my paper work. My appointment was at 10 am , I got there early 15 mints and finished paper work in 10 mints but still had to wait until 11:15 am to get seated.

Dr Ho and her staff were great. They took the time explain everything to me and told me I have options when it comes to getting my teeth numbed like numbing gel. The best part is that they took the time to sit with me and go through my dental benefits from my workplace to make sure im covered. Very great experience!
