Great staff with a comfortable environment, explained everything in detail on any questions I had :)!

I came in w/ an open mind & I don't mind the outdated equipments but the painful cleaning procedure all throughout what ticked me off, everytime the dentist uses his tools to go deep into the gums it painful as hell! My fists are clinched from start to end although I know he's just being thorough but I don't know if I still want that pain next time.

Appointment was very good. All my concerns were listened to and addressed.

Had a great experience visiting the Mill Street Dental. Super professional staff. Explained my well being well.

They did not send me the forms prior to my appointment and let me filled out the forms at the end of my appointment. Where they told me they took the X-rays which was I already had few months ago and they were not due. Then they informed me ohh you have to pay $200 for this, which I was not aware of. The receptionist said it was your responsibility to tell us that you already visited a dentist in last months when I said if this is your requirement why you didn't ask then she gave the dentist history form after everything was done. They didn't take my consent prior to appointment. So overall very poor experience.
