I just feel unwelcomed in a way they took additional hour to fix my husband dental issues and I was rushed out and made to wait for hour additional when I could see doctor shelly was available. They could have completed my process, which they did not.

From the start to end, staff and doctor helped me in an every possible on everything like how things work and whats good for my teeths and what's not and what treatments should be performed and doctor and staff both were careful and knowledgeable on each and every step so that i dont feel nervous.

Dr Shelly Bajaj and the team at Magnolia Dental Guelph made my dental appointment so assuring and relaxing. I was initially very nervous with my appointment, due to my previous dental experience at other clinics but at Magnolia my perception was changed. Everything was explained to me in detail and the staff was very attentive to my needs. They even gave me a blanket as I was feeling cold during the check up! Dr. Shelly Bajaj is very knowledgeable and understands the importance of taking things slow; especially when someone was as nervous as me.

I was really pleased with my visit today! I have a lot of anxiety over the dentist due to it being painful for me to even get exams due to my oral anatomy. They were wonderful though! Working around the bones and helping me feel comfortable. They took the time to explain everything as they went and checked in with me often to see how my anxiety was. I actually booked a 6month follow up which I never do.
