The staff were wonderful at making you feel relaxed and comfortable. They clearly explained how the would complete the treatment, including providing how long each procedure would take. Take advantage of the relaxation lounge before or during your appointment if you have the time! My only negative feedback is I think there are too many confirmation calls/texts before appointments.
