I had a fantastic experience at Grimsby Smiles today! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The receptionists were friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The hygienist was gentle, yet efficient, and made sure I was at ease throughout the cleaning. The entire team was professional, and the office was clean and well-maintained. I left feeling confident about my dental health and looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend!

Had a great first experience here! The hygienist, Lara, was extremely personable and made the appointment comfortable from start to finish. The dentist was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office itself is modern, with up-to-date equipment that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Grimsby Smiles! From Boba at reception to the dental hygienist (I can’t recall her name but she was so fun) and the dentist who was thorough and knowledgeable. I’m glad to have found this practice and will be a regular patient now!

Great experience

Despite the busy schedule, the staff were flexible and nice, from the front desk to the treatment. Going to the dentist can be a nervous experience but the friendly staff helped ease the nerves.
