What are you proud of in your practice?

My patients make me proud every day and I consider each and every one of them a huge part of my practice and life. Because we treat our patients with the utmost respect and involve them in their treatment we seem to have cultivated a loyal patient following with internal referrals accounting for most of our new business. By educating our patients and allowing them to ask questions and inquire with myself and my professional team members until they are absolutely comfortable with their dental treatment plan, any fear or anxiety is removed from our atmosphere. I can honestly say, it's a happy place to visit.

Any procedure, extensive or routine, that makes the patient feel and look better. Whether a patient compliments my hygienist on having a gentle touch or sheds a tear of joy from the results of a full mouth makeover, I look for successes like these every day to fill my heart.
