An incredible experience! All the reviews were true. He is the kindest dentist I've ever had. He did a great job of walking me through all the processes and procedures. All the hard truths he laid down were done kindly and without judgment! He was also very good at answering and quelling all my curiosities. I have no anxieties about coming back. I'm glad I scheduled my next appointment with him! Now, time to floss so I can make doc proud!

Dr. Lum and his staff are personable and friendly, and they make you feel right at home at the office. They’re all knowledgeable and can explain anything in good detail. I especially appreciate the ample parking spaces in their office lot!

doctor is good and descriptive

I went for 6 months cleaning. No long waiting. And full teeth cleaning done for close to 1 hr

Really easy to set up an appointment and verify my insurance. Dr. Lum was really friendly and so were the other staff members! Appointment was efficient. Got done with filling out forms, x-rays, and teeth cleaning within an hour.

Took x-ray even though I had one six-months ago, and took measurements such as teeth to gum distance, which seemed like a lot of diagnostics without cause, but I suppose it was the first time seeing him. He gave a mirror and showed me some things in my mouth, which a dentist has never really done before during a routine cleaning, which was nice. He stressed flossing technique, particularly behind the last tooth in the back of the mouth, which was the first time a dentist had told me that as well. At the end, his assistant put on a sticky layer of fluoride that was supposed to restore minerals, which is generally only given for children, but that they stated they are now doing for adults too for cavity prevention. He was a bit aggressive on the cleaning, and my gums were sensitive to cold water for the next couple of days, so not the best if you have sensitive teeth.

Very thorough, kind, and friendly atmosphere. Definitely knows his stuff, and does his best to make all patients feel comfortable.

It was a good experience. The Dr. actually talked to me about my options for my dental care and let me make decisions. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into procedures that I wasn't ready for or weren't necessary unlike I have at other dentists.
