I had to wait a very long time every step of the way, and after waiting forever in the chair they finally told me the cost of the visit, which was extremely high. At this point I just wanted to get it over with, but it wound up costing nearly $1000 for just a basic cleaning. I wound up in the office for about two hours and broke as a joke afterwards.

Really impressed with the team there. They explained everything, told me what my insurance would cover and not. Didn’t have any unexpected expenses. The dentist was great and explained everything. The equipment is kind of old school, but it made me nostalgic. They do have modern tools too. And there was a mini mouthwash in the take home bag. All in all it was great and I would recommend.

The facility was pretty outdated. The intake paperwork had unnecessary questions with poor formatting. They asked what type of X-ray I wanted instead of suggesting one covered by my insurance and then later suggested I do the other X-rays at a rate not covered by my insurance. The entire time they tried to up sell products like Invisalign. Then when it finally came time to get my cleaning the dentist rushed through it, and didn’t even floss my teeth. Honestly spent more time going over additional paid services than actual treatment.

Dr. Paulus has the best bedside manner Ive ever received. Very gentle and I did not feel any pain!

Dr Paulus was amazing. She was kind and patient. Answered all my questions. I felt like she wanted me there . So glad I made the appointment. She definitely has my best interest at heart. Alexis her assistant was great as well .

Great clinic

I've never felt more comfortable for a dental visit than with Dr. Paulus. Her tone was comforting and very attentive. I love that although I do not have the greatest insurance plan I felt like I got five star service. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.
