The specific dentist I saw at this clinic was not the one listed on this appointment card. They had Dr. Seung Song see me instead, and they were dismissive, rude, and caused me extreme physical pain within the first few moments of my cleaning and didn't stop when I screamed for them to stop. They didn't apologize or check in if I was ok, they just made fun of me that it hurt at 2/10 on the machine settings, and told me it was dangerous that I had pulled away when they wouldn't stop hurting me. I submitted a complaint to the appropriate governing body in Washington. If I had seen the dentist listed here (or any of those listed on their website) it may have been a very different experience, but Dr. Seung Song was rude, unprofessional, and caused me extreme pain and blamed me and made fun of me for it.

My experience was smooth and the staff was kind, attentive, and helpful. I had an overall positive experience here!

Staff friendly and helpful, Dr came in briefly and clean teeth. The DA who did my polish, the speed of the hand piece was a bit much and gave me sensitivity and made me feel like she did not care.

My wife and I went to btydental Federal Way and were happy with how we were treated. At least no co-pay until our insurance paid their share. Dr. Song took good care of both me and my wife. Straight forward diagnosis and gave us both time to decide on the plans he presented. Happy new clients!

I came for my annual check-up. It was a great visit. Originally scheduled for another day, it was easy to reschedule. When I arrived, I made myself a cup of coffee and waited until they called my name. We went back and took x-rays. I told them my trouble area and the doctor inspected my tooth. Turns out it is cracked with a small cavity. The doctor cleaned my teeth. Then they gave me an estimate and a plan. It was a great visit.

Thorough cleaning

My first visit to the office was very pleasant. The front desk lady, doctor and hygienist were very gentle and helpful with explaining everything to me. The teeth's cleaning procedure went smoothly and painless. I recommend this dentist office.

My appointment went well the staff also spoke Spanish which made me much more comfortable, I can’t wait for my follow up

I’m always scared of the dentist because I have sensitive teeth, but this visit was pain free and they didn’t shame me for my gums bleeding. My first visit and cleaning was was quick, friendly, and comfortable
