I don't think she should be allowed to practice dentistry. Very absent minded and horrible job. Do not ever go to her office. Savita is very rude and does not listen to people.

The ratings should be at a 5 star for staff punctuality helpfulness and knowledge . I disagree with the one star.

She is a terrible doctor. She is not friendly and values her time more than that of her patients. She seems like she is always trying to prove that she's smart.

I find her to be controlling and unreasonable. She is the kind of person who thinks she gas never been wrong about anything. She blames her staff for her mistakes. Generally incompetent and very difficult to deal wirh

My family and relatives are patient of dr. savita for a long years....but for all those years..this is the worst year 2014 they have because they hired the most worst dental assistants in there office. The young girl who took my xray is really bad in taking xray and i feel like she dont know what she's doing. I was in too much pain had the worst headache after she took my xray. She also makes us feel uncomfortable by her hygeine because she scratch her skin and face with her gloves on and touch anything then she didnt change it at all. All of your patients are at risk of HIV,AIDS, HEPATITIS if you dont change your infection control protocol. The name of your office is on the hand of the people you HIRE. Pls. make an action towards our complain..the office manager or dr. savita should Hire someone knowledgble enough and good. Also, my family noticed that the office is loud esp. in the basement..they thought people are doing something bad downstairs so watch out your employees.

This office is the worst!!! Why is your dental hygenist doing work that only a dentist should be doing? I will be reporting to the board. Im still in pain from what she did!!

Went to your office this week this june 2014 to have my teeth clean and fix, your dental clinic have the worst dental assistant and very dirty sterelization protocol. This young girl...if im not mistaken her name starts with letter R, i think its renuca who was helping me was wearing her gloves evrywhere and touching her hair,face and worst is when she puts her hand on to cover her mouth while coughing and sneezing and didint bother to change her gloves or wash her hands. Pls. make this warning and special attention to your boss/head because i will go ahead to the ministry of health and have your office and workers reviewed. HIRE SOMEONE WHO ARE CERTIFIED AND GOOD INFECTION CONTROL.

Absolutely unprofessional environment, although the office is designed nicely and in a modern style. I guess this is to compensate for their tardy appointment plans and unprofessional language used in the dental office. Once when I was there upstairs, there were some staff members inside a room screaming at each other, swearing and slamming the doors. Why could I hear them from all the way upstairs? Also I find within this office a BIG DISCRIMINATION ISSUE (against colour of skin & nationality & financial background) ... BEWARE only big BUCKS insurance company accepted. Everyone else is sent away and they are not concerned about your dental concerns/emergencies if receiving government assistance (the staff willingly tell you that odsp or welfare recipients are no longer welcomes). It's all about the $$$$ and unnecessary treatment planning. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND LOOK FOR A DENTAL OFFICE THAT GENUINELY CARES ABOUT YOU, not your skin colour or wallet.

This dental office forces you to get unnecessary work done. They work like crooks one person will get you for a consultation and drive the living daylight fear into you forcing you to do bondings, unnecessary root canals and fillings done. You will then be taken to another person who again drives fear as to how bad your teeth are and will try to either use up all your insurance dollars or get you to take a loan. The doctor herself tries to avoid at all cost so that she is not placed in an awkward position if you question her. She the doctor is useless and the financial person and her assistant are put to do the dirty and illegal job. What a shame. I will not recommend this dentist nor her office to anyone as they are very dishonest...as I said scammers!!! Be aware and avoid going there.

I've been with this dental office for about 3 years now, and I can count on my one hand the times I didn't have to wait. One time I waited for almost an hour and a half! The orthodonetist is always late! And they have a notice saying if patients are not on time they will be charged!! Are you kidding me!! This place is ridiculous! I do like some of the staff here tho. If I didn't have my braces here, I would not come back to this place! Definitely will not recommend!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this clinic. I know many people like to come to this clinic because they will "shoulder" or "waive" your insurance co-payments, which is illegal. Simple fillings done by Savita has turned into multiple root canals, crowns and a TMJ problem. The day I had work done I should have left when I saw Savitas crooked teeth. The clinical co-ordinator is clueless. You have been warned.

DON'T GO THERE.... LIKE THE PREVIOUS POSTER MENTIONED, I GOT 3 ROOT CANALS WHICH I AM NOT SURE WERE EVEN REQUIRED AND IMPORTANT. THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION. I WAS GOING TO GET ADDITIONAL 2 OTHER ROOT CANALS SUGGESTED BY DR. GOUMAN WHO HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING. THANKFULLY, I WENT TO DR MARQUEE WHO WORKS ON SATURDAYS, HE LOOKED AT MY TOOTH AND SAID WITH NO HESITATION THAT THE TOOTH CAN DO WITHOUT A ROOT CANAL. THE FINANCES LADY ALO TRIES HER BEST TO RIP YOU OFF YOUR MONEY IN AS MANY WAYS AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU WANT TO GO THERE, GO TO THE DR WHO WORKS ON SATURDAYS... AVOID THE REST OF THEM AT ALL COST.

The assistant was to do a simply cavity filling, but instead, during the consultation during our appointment, she instilled a fear tactic to upsell us on unnecessary Root Canal. As any other patient who places trust in the hands of their healthcare provider, we too believed this dentist. This turned out to be a VERY BIG MISTAKE. BEWARE: after messing up the root canal job by leaving a needle buried deep in my gums, we spoke to Dr. Savita about this issue directly, but she had no response. Eventually, I gave up from the PAIN, and had to visit a specialist to fix this mistake made by http://www.drsavita.com, (cost an additional $800 out of my own pocket !!!). I feel demeaned because I was treated like a test subject, and to this day, I am having troubles chewing food from an un-required Root Canal job that was recommended to me just so the dentist can make a few more bucks from my insurance! This could have been avoided. SHAME ON THE DENTAL PRACTICE!
